AKARG was removed from the Internet in late 1998 as the result of a small civil outrage in the locality of the President/Co-founder. AKARG did, however continue to operate; as an illusive foundation known only to those who were directly involved in it. In 1999, after much deliberation, AKARG returned to its public platform in order to offer support and leadership in the ongoing battle against the AKA's animaline-anarchy. [AA]
